About me

I am going into my third year at Ravenesbourne in Greenwich, studying Broadcast Operations/ Production. 

My main skills lie in the fields of Camera and Lighting, and I have a large amount of experience in both as an operator and assistant, although I am also competent and have some experience in sound recording. 

I can work confidently and professionally both on location and in the studio.

 

Experience

 

CNN London- Intern – May 10

Studio based internship. Involved general running duties, micing up guests, operating live studio audio, dialling and putting through IFB, also a brief spell in the MCR.

 

Larry King- Camera Assistant- June 10

Part of a small PSC crew that interviewed Lady Gaga for the Larry King show. I was the Steadicam assistant, also helped rig and de-rig the shoot. During the shoot I was cable-bashing for the Steadicam Operator.

 

Centurion Entertainment LTD- Camera Operator – ongoing

Freelance camera operation on races at high profile tracks over the country. Recently filmed Aston Martin Endurance racing.

 

SVI TV- OB- Director/Camera Op/ Rigging – March/May 10

Country Fairs involving 2 OB trucks and setting up a multi camera shoot. Also filming and rigging a 5 camera shoot to a single truck for a football match.

 

I have also shot a number of short/student films, events, fashion shows, weddings and documentaries.
