Hello, and welcome to my profile.

I recently graduated from Ravensbourne College having studied Broadcast Post Production. I've been interested in editing for 5 years now. I love story telling and for me, editing is the best part in the production for really piecing the pictures together. Editing is more than telling a story, its about crafting the story, the characters, the mood and feel of the peice.

When it comes to editing, the tools of my trade are Avid Media Composer and Final Cut Pro. Both of which I run on my own systems from home. I am always looking to expand my technical knowledge and have a growing passion for After Effects a powerful compositing tool.

Experience

Currently I am working at Can TV on ITV2's reality show Peter Andre: The Next Chapter as a junior editor, digitising and sync pulling rushes as well as editing content for the company website. Some of my work can be seen here http://www.cantv.co.uk/PeterAndre_Video.aspx

I have worked for ALRA editing short student dramas directed by ex BBC director, Peter Cregeen.

I am competent at editing across a variety of genre's, but I prefer editing drama and documentaries.
